how long have you been working from home? are you doing this full-time? or just on your spare time? Are you doing this because for the sake of enjoyment? or this is all you have right now? working from home... i never thought there's soooooo many of us doing that... until Ijoined myLot... it's here that I met single moms like me, writers like me who prefer towork from home... i met a lot of people who are into soooo many programs to make things add up, coz they depend on the internet for earnings. some are here just for fun.... what's your reason for working from home, or for trying to make money from the internet? happyhappyhappy

Hi, i am just a new member to all this work at home business or things. I used to play online games a lot, but has taken backslide lately. I joined a few PTCs, opened a blog and joined Mylot lately. Though i haven't got any payment from anywhere, i am enjoying trying my luck in the internet cos, "Myself and the PC" - inseparable and with the internet connected i can spend 12+ hours on it everyday. :-) If things go fine soon, i think working from home would be my idle choice, for a couch potato like me. [thelittlenaga]
I joined neobux a couple of weeks back. Haven't even cross 50 cents i guess. Anyway doing all these ptc can be refreshing at times. So keep mylotting and keep clicking away. [thelittlenaga]

it's been 3 years, and only on my spare time, it's a lie if i said i don't like the money. you go online anyway, so why not get extra from it. i still have my off line job. so, for me it's fun and i like the extra $$$ that come with it [ibuemma]
you're right....... if you'd just be onnline, it better be something you're making money from [patofgold23]

When I first joined Mylot I was looking for money, an income. I have an income now, but stayed with Mylot for fun. I am a firm believer that I need to make money where ever I can, because although I know I have an income now, things can change. There is no such thing as "extra" money. Just money that you have some flexibility with at this time. [GardenGerty]
thanks gardenn... it's always good to have an extra and set aside a little cash........... nobody can tell what's gonna happenhappy [patofgold23]

Yes, I was worked from home. This year I did a report for a government body. It took me two months of strenuous work. Oftentimes, I had to work into the wee hours of the night. I had to learn EXCEL very fast to do the job well. The work involves cahrts and tables.I do some home tuition too for international school and privae students in English.I do it for the money. So, even now, I am in MyLot not for fun really but hopefully to earn for cash. [jonjee0203]
it's good you're doing excel on one window..and myLot on the other ...you're making money from both [patofgold23]

Actually I work fulltime outside my home but have a little business that I work on after hours......besides being an author I also have a little company called To Touch a Heart where I make handmade items for gifts.....I love being on mylot but am not here for the money...though it's very nice.....I just love the company I keep here! I don't know how anyone can really make a living off the internet unless they don't need alot of money...but that's because I haven't checked out all avenues of the internet money making opportunities. [jillhill]
tnx jill... i know a lot of people really does make money solely from the internet.. i don't know which programs..or how they're doing it happy [patofgold23]

Hi patofgold23 As of now I been working from home for 6 months now. I'm trying to make some extra income online because i am unemployed for 6 months now. I have tried everything when it comes to find a 9-5 job and i had no kind of luck at all. So I came to a conclusion that the only hope i have to make money for myself is to do it online. To be honest i prefer to work from home to because i don't have to worry of losing my job. Also when you work from home you have a better chance of making more money than what you will make at a regular job ONCE you find the right (NICHE/product) to work with. Have a great day and happy mylotting. [MoneyBlogger1]
o yea..im into trekpay and easyhits [patofgold23]

My reason for working from home is because, I have been looking for a job, since I got fired from my last job, which was walmart, I had cancer I didn't come back to work, with in 15 days, I needed surgery so now, I am unemployed and so I found Mylot and I am very happy, I have also signed up for, ten more web sites, with I earn money from, so there no way I am going, back to my old job, I work Mylot full tine.happyhappy [notlistening2]
yea...we wanna find out.. if it worked for you...then they must be pretty legit sites! [patofgold23]

I'm still trying to find great ways to make a full time income from home. I make a little here and there will a few sites but it's not much. [Shar19]
what sort of money-making are u into now jeiay? [patofgold23]

If I had a choice to work from home, I would take that offer quick. When you work from home you basically control your hours. You don't have to worry about being late or even really having a boss to tell you what to do. [mequan]
so you're working somwhere else right now??? are u in myLot on your spare hours only? [patofgold23]

I am new to online money making. I am active in mylot and some PTC sites. Although I cannot earn much, I am having fun doing it. Something is better than nothing right? But if I can get a good paying online job, I a will be more than happy to work from home. [neohimura]
o yeah...every penny counts '''it all adds up...then u get a dollar or so. happy [patofgold23]

I am a working mom, I am not yet working at home though I would really love to have the chance to work at home. I want to be able to manage my time on my own and spend more time with my kids. There are some of us, mylotters, who were able to spot good online income opportunities and so they are able to stay and work at home. [silverglint]
yeah..you can do myLot along with other money making programs... maximize what you're payong for your internet subscription... =) [patofgold23]

I have a regular job with the govenment and working at home, in my free time, with mylot, is to have fun and to earn extra money. My income from the regular job is less than enough for our daily needs, considering the high prices of all the basic needs. I still have kids in school, so that needs me to be very hardworking. [neildc]
that's true...no matter if we all work 24/7 ..money could just never be enough when you have kids.. ;;i have two of my own too.. so I have to look into any money-making opprtunity that's there.happy [patofgold23]

Well, for me it's my choice. I'm only doing this for additional income. Can you refer me to other "source of income"? :) [Aylward]
no problem ayl!!! happy myLotting! [patofgold23]

I am trying to work from home for multiple reasons: To be more accessible for the kids, for fun & to make money. My boyfriend works full-time and has 2 children but has custody of only 1. I myself have custody of my child. He has visitation with his 2nd child which I am babysitting daily free of charge so that he doesn't have to incurr any daycare charges as he is already paying child support and had told me that as long as I am with him I don't need to go out and work. So this works out for both of us especially if I can make a little extra money from home. [dbabcook]
that's right...it's nice to work from home coz you could still get to attend to your responsibilties to the kids...lokk after them while doing myLot,, and can even cook and do laundry at the same timelol [patofgold23]

When I first enter this making money online I said to myself this is fun to do. After quite getting use to it I feel this is one way ticket to not work anymore on my ofline job and stick to this kind of work. But this online work is not really easy at all and will eat your time alot. As of now I've be doing this kind of stuff for a yea not but in an ON OFF basis. I dont really give my all on this work cause of one thing, I a lazy person. I feel bad to myself I've been this for quite some time but I guess its really me who can defeat this curse on my body. Anyways, as of now im still working online and making profit of it. But im not full time to this sutff as of today and still have my off line job. Hope I motivate you to pursue your goal to what you want to yourself to accomplish. [jeiay41]
what type of money making program are you into jeiay? [patofgold23]

As lawyer, I prefer work and working in my home and since I know marketing online and money online programs on internet, I am do working from home by full time [advokatku]
myLot does so much good to you on your spatre times huh? tnx advo! [patofgold23]

Hi there, I'm neither a stay-at-home nor a single mom like you. However, due to family obligations, I have decided to work from home. I'm currently working as a freelance writer and being one has afforded me the time to work on other online programs to supplement my income. I decided to work from home so I can watch over my nephew while his parents manage the family business. I've been doing this for the past 2 years and although recently I tried to look for a regular job, I had to put it on hold again because circumstances called for it. [crazyoverpurple]
hi carzyoverp.... happy that's one advantage of working from home too... you can get to make money, but still be able to look after the little ones... [patofgold23]

My main job is taking care of my Grandpa, so working online is just a way to make a little extra cash. You'd think that a little extra cash isn't a big deal, but it sure does come in handy when you're broke...and every time I remember that, I get online and start working [Druscilla34]
oh yeah...i totally agree with you.. the few cents that rolls in our earnings in myLot...plus from other sites...you add them up, they're already something... might not be that much, but hey... it helps one way or another... cash doesn't come free, so we have to earn it... doing it on the internet is a fun way to earn extra $$$$$$$$$$$ [patofgold23]

Many reason why many people choose working from home. My opinion about its...fun and independent. [teds12]
true!!! you get to choose your time.. your break.... your uniform.... you can have snacks anytime, or lie down when you want to... and no boss who'll yell at you!!! ---and the fun is awesome! [patofgold23]

I stopped working when I got pregnant with my first child and that was almost 6 years ago. But I only started with online earning 3 years ago. We only had our internet connection at that time and my husband and I were mostly on YouTube. Then, because I was heavy with child, when I have nothing to do, I tried online games. From Surfing the Net, I've then discovere that I can earn some extra from so many sites. I first discovered PTC sites. Then Mylot. At first, I was only interested in joining Mylot because of the payment it promises. Then, after being a member for months, I've seen all there is to see here in Mylot. All the drama and action... in the discussions!happy My online earnings are only done in my spare time. When I'm done with my daily responsibilities. And that is usually done at night. When my kids are already sleeping. My husband's salary do get us by. But then, there are other things that we need to buy but the budget can't be stretched that far anymore. With the earnings I get online, I put it in my children's savings account. It's not that much but then, at least I have something to add to their bank accounts. [jcj_111776]
a few extra cents or $$ will always add up... it does feel good to earn a little extra... they come in handy once in a whilehappy [patofgold23]

I wish i could working from home as a choice in my life for me and my family. But the fact i work full time at some company. In mylot, i'm free to express my thoughts and earn some money too. I'm doing mylot when i have my rest time at my work place. So keep posting and be happy mylotting..:) [shimanaja]
you too shiman!!! happy myLotting! [patofgold23]

I work from home because I choose to. Even before the internet era, this is what I really wanted to do. I have planned my life in such a way that I will set up my office at home and let the business come to me. I'm glad I did that, so when the internet generation came in, it's a double whammy for me. :) :) [MLeula]
you thought it well eahead eula,,,nice thinking! [patofgold23]

I have to say that I am doing this to earn money to add to my current earning and for the fun that I get from being online and making new friends. It is really fun imagine you get paid for doing the things you enjoy doing. I have been working online for a couple of years now and I have earned a bit and I'm very happy that I have been cmpensated for my efforts. [MNRFOLEY]
a nice way to earn huh?? getting paid to make friends and have fun... what else could you ask for? [patofgold23]

Well, I'm doing this by choice, something I've always wanted to do! I took my last termination and depending on the corporate world back in 2007 and haven't looked back since! Don't plan to and hopefully won't have to! I had my ups n downs, but managed ok, now the plan is to grow! I took my time off work to learn as much as I can and try to take advantage of what the net has to offer! I've had actual work at home jobs, but the affiliate programs are what's actually most consistent, so I'll stick with what's working!! Taripre$ [taripres]
hey taripes! tnks for dropping by! [patofgold23]

I can't say that I work from home per se, but I do a couple of things to try and earn a little bit of extra money. I started on Mylot some time ago as a way to ean extra money, but I never expected to make so many friends while I was here. To me, the money no longer seems important. While I've never met any of my Mylot friends, I know they would bend over backwards to help me out if I needed them, and I would do the same for them. Mylot is something that I now do for fun more than anything else. As well as here, I also write reviews on a site called Reviewstream. This is more a source of income than anything else, but with it paying a full $2 for reviews that are accepted, the minimum payout of $50 soon adds up. Reviewstream I don't find is a good way to meet other people because its not as social a website as this one, however, I do enjoy writing reviews and having them accepted. [angelwhispers30]
i'm into writing reviews too, and I write for reviewstream too..very good site. how many times have you been paid by RS? [patofgold23]

mylot was introduced to me a while back when i was in school, and i stopped using it until recently, in june, and i love it! i just got back into the flow and realised how enjoyable it was, aswell as making a little bit of extra cash. i work full time, so i do only do mylot in my spare time, but it's for fun aswell as for making money, even if it is only a little bit. i love mylot! [xsammiex]
we all do!!! tnx xsamm! [patofgold23]

I have worked from home, but not always at home for the past 30 years. Now I am semi-retired so just work with my computer most of the time. I am a therapist, and still see the odd client now and again, but have reduced my workload these days. happy - Derek [derek_a]
this must be a really nice place then , if people hang around here for years now. I don'y know why i only stumbled accross this site recently [patofgold23]

I have been working from home for about two years now. I teach English to school going children. These days, English is very important and parents sent their children out to tutorial centers to get reinforcement learning. This will hone their language skills. This involvement is MyLot is my maiden speech in working on PTC or mini-blog sites. I can see they have added my credits almost every evening at 10.00pm Malaysian time. If this site is good, I will introduce many of my friends to spend time here. [jonjee0203]
this site is good,,, take it from me...and i'm sure a lot of people out there will agree with me... it has paid every single member. it is very legit. that;s why people stick around here... thanks jonjeehappy [patofgold23]

well, I've to say that in a month I'll complete whole year sitting at hom and working on internet.Yes I work full time on my own, and monthly I mange to earn upto 500$ from my blogs and other paying programmes.I'm quite happy and satisfy with it.I enjoyed earning from my own homw at my own speed. Its really a relaxation tow ork when ever you want to and how much you want to.And this is the only best thing i like working from home. [justinrocks69]
wow justin $500 in a month from online programs... i see you're doing well on the making money online. what sites are you into? [patofgold23]

Im just doing this as something to fill my spare time really whilst im on maternity leave, i like to keep my brain occupied and baby talk 24/7 will drive me insane so its nice to get some adult conversation whilst im sat at home. Plus the extra pennies wont go a miss happy [polo_princess]
hey polo.p! it's a nice way to pass the time... the few pennies is a plus! good luck on the coming baby,,, how long before? [patofgold23]

I currently have a full time offline job as a projectionist. Working 48 hours a week I've only really just started trying to make extra money online. A lot of my spare time is tied up since me and the girlfriend have 2 kids so time is a precious commodity. Currently I have tried making money with hubpages using adsense. I love writing but getting enough traffic to make a substantial amount with adsense is not very easy. I heard about Mylot and have to say I think it's great. I dont want to post my earnings as im not sure if it's allowed but for one day and very little posting I have been very impressed with the results. Also I have noticed that the people here are very friendly and genuinely helpful towards each other. Im also a member of trekpay (just signed up) but getting referrals is not something that I find very easy so I will be relying solely on my activity. Any other tips that you can offer pat? They would be greatly received. [gaz2k9]
hi gaz!!! i got a few referrals on some of the programs i joined though myLot... this place is really great. coz not only you get paid for making friends and y'know..talking to others, it is also a big help in promoting your blog ang getting referralshappy [patofgold23]

hello, i have been working online since june, and i am doing it in my spare time, im doing it for me to have extra income , because im a newly graduate, and waiting to take my board exam this coming November, hehehhe,,, [havelshinoru]
thanks a lot! ^_^ [havelshinoru]

Right now I am doing both part-time I work as a teacher's aide at my kids school plus there are a couple of sites on the internet that I write articles for. I enjoy doing both and probably always will do both. In the summertime I do more of my writting for these sites full time because I dont teach in the summer all in it usually equals out to me making the same amount all year long so I think it's good either way. I know there are alot of people especailly women that would choose to work from home especially if they have young children I did this a few years ago before my husband retired he was in the army and he was in Iraq for over 1 year I worked on the writting sites that I work on now but back then I did it full time plus I was working on my degree in Education and I did all of this online at home usually while my kids were a sleep or taking a nap I would write my article and study and do my homework for my classes it was hard and a lot of sleepless nights but looking back on it now I am very happy and proud that I stayed with it we have the privlege of having things like the internet and computers right at our fingertips there is no reason why someone shouldnt take advantage of it [christylynn]
tnx chrisylynn!!! sounds like you have your hands full... happy happy myLotting! [patofgold23]

I like to work at home, but to me it is not the best choice. If I could choose, I would like to going out to work, and working at home as well. Each of them has its own advantages. Combining both of them is the best way to make more money and be successful. [minhminh0604]
between the two, i would prefer working from home, it doesn't put limits on how much you wanna earn. but you're right about combning the two... [patofgold23]

I think with me, it is a little of both, as I have chosen to work online as I have no choic because of my age. I really don't mind working online though as I am making some money, albeit not a lot but over time, it will add up. I haven't found a lot to do, but what I am doing is yeilding me pocket change mostly, but hey, it is more than I started with and that is how I look at it. With the economy being the way it is, money is the name of the game, so if a person can find just one thing that will work, then I say go for it as I am sure we all need money. I know I do. I am on a fixed income, but it only goes so far, and is usualy gone before the month is over, so that is how bad it is for me. I am just glad that I have found mylot as by finding it, I have found other sites as well, and ones that have paid me a few times too. Good luck to you and happy mylotting. happy [rosekiss]
hey rosekiss! thanks for dropping a response...you made a good point... happy mylotting! [patofgold23]

I have only started working from home a few months. Mailnly to have some extra money. I have had some success with it because I have been paid several times. The amount is small but its a good start. Now I am putting more hours in it hopefully to make more. My target is at least $300 a month. If I achieve that then I will be quite happy. This target is set for 2 months from now. Wish me luck! [kl_blueknight]
i wish you luck kl!!! we all are aiming for the same thing... I am a writer and I am new to PTC PTP sites.... i haven't made any payout from these kind of sites yet as most of my time is into writing... but I hope to get a payout maybe next month=) [patofgold23]

At first I started doing it out of choice because I had fulltime work outside the home, but now since I have medical problems that make it hard to keep a job I do it out of necessity. I just wish I would have perfected it more before I actually needed it. [lumenmom]
i'm new to this too lumen,,, i am a writer and am not so much into PTP and PTC in the past... it is just lately that I read so much about these kind of sites that I became interested in it... [patofgold23]

I choose to work from home! I could return to my job any time I want or need to! But that was working 50 hours a week in a dirty job that I had been doing for 16 years!!! 3 years ago I left my job which was working on cars and decided to work from home trading shares online! I did this for six months or so, then we were offered a business which we could operate from home easily. Friends of ours were moving overseas and made us a deal that we could not refuse! I then got out of the stock market just as it was starting to drop and we started selling health food related products online from home! 2 years later and my wife and I are still doing this. It is great because I get to spend more time with my wife and children, who are growing up really fast!! My time spent here at Mylot and other online programs is just for fun and a little play money! This is a great question, thanks for starting it! :-) [RawBill1]
sounds like you did well on your money-making ventures raw!!! keep it up! more money! happy myLotting! [patofgold23]

I am on the internet try to earn a bit of money as well as having a bit of me time as on here you get to socialise as well as get paid.I have got a few friendsa on here as well as i get to learn alot of new things.I also do surveys, ptc sites and a few other bits and bobs and yes it takes time to do and at the same time if you are having fun then it is even better. [jugsjugs]
o yeah..here in myLot, we do! everybody agrees it's a fun place [patofgold23]

Since I am disabled, I can only work from home. Now, though, since my husband lost his job, I want to make more to help out my family. [mrsctb7]
we're really thankful there are opportunities to work online.. it's a great way to earn money even if you can't go out to work... every penny adds up! thanks a lot mrs!!! happy myLotting!!! [patofgold23]

The biggest plus to working at home is that you save on Gas! lol [katie472001]
good point jel! you save travel time you save fare. you save the effort... you get to watch over the kids while you're on the computer. you save lunch money! (it's cheaper to cook at home) and you don't have to pay anybody to watch over the kids coz you can do both things together! [patofgold23]

Hello again, I don't have computer at home so I just steal time from work (which is not good) to take a glimpse here in Mylot. So in that case, I am not working at home, but in office. I am trying to earn few bucks because I want to buy my own laptop someday. Hope I can be able to buy in a nick of time. I have to have a $425 dollar. That is my goal. on the other side, I am having fun here in Mylot, of course everyone of us. Internet is making a big value with ourlives, it becomes our necessities because of online opportunity. Hey I am happy that you met some single moms like you here. Hope to meet you too in the future! Godbless! [grecychunny26]
mee to grecy happy myLotting to you- and to all of us! [patofgold23]

To tell you frankly my friend. I am doing this full time because I feel more excitement and do a lot of good money here and own your time and no boss...have a great day! [aerous]
Not a lot of time, my friend. i only spend 1 hour or 2 hour a day. it depend if i wake up early as 4 so i spend 4till 6 Am in the morning...That my time in mylot, my friend. How about you? [aerous]

I take so many credit hours and I have so little time of break that I simply do not have time to work outside of home. It's impossible for me. [bluehibiscus]
orking form home seems to be the most convenient set-up for you.. it is for me too...i have a little one.... [patofgold23]

Real site that pays! http://dealbarbiepays.com/members/register.php?ref=money_me message me if you want proof! [m0ral3s]
hi moral! thanks for sharing.. next time avoid posting links on discussions... mylot doesn't want that! happy myLotting! [patofgold23]

i've been unemployed for several months due to being made redundant and i'm finding it hard to find full time employment. i now buy and sell jeans and other items of clothing on ebay. some weeks are more profitable than others but i always make a useful amount of money. without my ebay sales i would struggle to live comfortably so it's a matter of necessity rather than just for extra money. [OldhamLXVII]
hi oldHam!!! it's good you are looking for ways to make ends meet rather than wait for starts to fall off from skies.. you are one resourceful person.. your hard work willpay off!!!happy [patofgold23]

I wish I could make it a choice of mine, but I still haven't been able to find a job, that would be flexible enough, to match my needs, but still earn me an easy buck or two. Im somewhat sick of those PTC sites, where you spend hours and end up with nickels in the end, even though Im merely a student, a simple way of earning an extra buck would never hurt. [Sleepingcap]
o yeah...extra money is always welcome.. we oculd never have enough of it...coz it's always not enough... we spend it even before we get hold of it. [patofgold23]

i just got my internet connection just few months back. i guess that was april. i dont know much about earning online. but my best friend told me how to and where to find it. and she is the one who told me about mylot. i am already a member of mylot community 2 years ago but because our internet connection got cut off. i was not able to do mylotting for so long. but now that i have this connection again. i cannot live without mylotting. and my other earnings sites are a great help as well. but mylot help me in so many many ways. jhelaihappy [jheLaichie]
hey jelhai! congratulations for having your conncection back! make the most of it! happy myLotting! [patofgold23]

Working from home is another means of earning to which it is an option from my full time government career. It is not a choice but a Hobby which integrate my writing skills and at the same time earns from it while free from work. It would be pleasant to hear if you could earn extra income while at home aside from the fixed income you received monthly. [Verity]
myLot is in fact a very good place to practice your conversation skills.. you also learn a lot from other people too... the great thing is, you're earning while you;'re doing that! [patofgold23]

It is my choice it's just an extra amount of income, it's not a long time to spend either because some programs actually earn the money for you by getting referrals plus their fun like mylot and you make friends [fit4lifein07]
hi fit! Yeah..i agree with you .. it's a good way to spend your extra hours... coz you are having fun and you are gettin gpaid for it;; what more could you ask eh? lol [patofgold23]

I've been working at home for the last 6 years. Before I became a freelance writer, I was an investment banker in a high-stress job. I chose to change careers because I love writing. I also love the freedom of being able to work when it suits me. [Raven1]
Hi Raven...nice site..i checked your profile and visited your blog.. I like it! I love writing so much and did writing jobs in the past years... but I never knew there are so many more opportunities out there... I'm so glad I came accross your blog, and would try my luck there! [patofgold23]

I do this for a part time basis only. But if I have a choice, I would choose to be working at home so I can see my child grow up. But it seems that I am not earning enough to make me stop from working at the office. So, what I earn online would just help us make the ends meet. It really helps, because I can pay my bills like electricity and internet, using my earning online. [red_amethyst]
of course it really feels good. to think I am fond of posting I forums and I am not getting paid with it. so posting here is extra fun because of the money that goes with it. [red_amethyst]

i wish i can ge a fulltime home internet job.that is my dream.... now i am doing mylot..but because i have no job.so i dont have a choice. [TheAmilet]
oh amilet..i do hope things will be better soon. i know how hard it is to get a job..i wish you all the luck dear! [patofgold23]
